The Butte College Men's Basketball Team beat Contra Costa today in the semifinals of the Las Positas invitational 71-58. Jessy Maximin had 20 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Chico High alumni Rashad Samuels had 17 points and five assists. Asa Arnold from Foothill High in Redding had 13 points and six assists. The Roadrunners play Los Medanos in the consolation championship
